We will plan your treatment together. Your plan will be individually tailored to your age, culture, communication style, and other personal factors. I offer traditional insight-oriented therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and coaching in organizational & social skills. I avoid gimmicks and trendy ideas that have not been demonstrated effective for long-term change.
